The problem is she doesn't drink enough without bottles, so I want to make sure she has enough

Follow her natural inclination. If she is drinking milk (low fat) and water, she can drink all she wants. I am not hot on juice. It is mainly fructose and the vitamins are long done. Fresh fruit is way better.

i think you should let her drink as much water and juice as she wants if you think its too much you should have her kidneys checked this could be a inclination that she is having a problem with her kidneys..but some kids like my 19mnth old son are just naturaly thirsty...he drinks seven or eight sippy cups of water and juice a day...so it depends on the child..i hope it helps

In one day?Of what? I think she should drink alot of juice and milk all day.
