better change your ways now because even if your not heavy now, your setting yourself up for clogged arteries and difficult weight loss later on. when you hit your late 20's and early 30's your metabolism completely changes for the worse.

Well what are you trying to ask? Please explain a little more. But I think I have a gist a what you are trying to ask.A little bit of junk food won't hurt you but try to get some fruit and veggies in your diet(I sound like a mom.)Try some exercise tapes&dvd's from the library.You may have a fast mabtabolism& you should probaly get a phyiscal from the doctor too.I do all of the things I'm telling you about guaranteed or yorur money back! Bye!
