My girls did not like the feeling of pooping on the toilet. I had to stand over them and encourage them to poop when I knew it was time. You just have to know when their time is and sit them on the toilet. After 2 or 3 times of getting used to the feeling of pooping on the toilet, they will learn. If you reward them for doing it, they will like it. Good luck.

Give her an incentive to use the toilet. I'm not usually a big fan of rewards, but in potty training, sometimes rewards work best. Sticker charts are good, if she likes stickers.

I've had success with a "potty chain." Every time she uses the toilet, hang a link of construction paper. Eventually, she'll have a chain that goes all the way around the room. It gives her incentive and is a visible way for her to see how much she's learning.

She's pretty young still. Have you tried a timer? Have her try and poo every 20 minutes or something. Its harder to get the time pinned down to start with, because she pees in the potty already. Which is really great.

My daughter would sneak off to poo, so I told her to sneak off the the bathroom to poo in the potty. Didn't work. So instead we told her she couldn't go to school until she learned. Worked. She's now in 3 year old summer preschool, and loving it!

Children potty train when their ready it can be early for some & late for others. You can encourage it more by buying her one of those cute charater toliet seats that go on our toliets :) GL

Just be patient, I made mine wear pull-ups instead of having to clean up a mess all of the time... it took a year for her to get fully trained

your training is overdue. try letting her poop at a regular time where you can sit her on the potty
