i want to go on a really godd date but nothing thats too expensive.

1) watch the stars together on a grass field
2) make a romantic dinner and eat together
3) take a walk in the park
4) go hiking and canoeing
5) Go to a state fair or some local festivals (e.g. Canal Fest in Schenectady, NY right now. Canal Fest is a celebration for the famous Erie Canal)
6) Go to a museum

I'm answering because 'hand-job' is an awful answer. A cheap date could be a walk in the park--maybe a coffee at Starbucks--it doesn't matter how much a person spends just who you spend the time with. Plus some theatres charge $4.00 for a matinee M-F.

Dinner at a Chinese buffet and then gambling at a penny slots machine. I live in Nevada; we have casinos here.
The first date should be a "no pressure" affair. You may not like her after you get to know here better, even after just a few hours. She may not like you the second she sees your car...

movies followed by pleasent meal at low cost buffet type resturant or stay home rent some movies and chill out on the couch

Cook for him; or better yet, let him cook for you. Men love to grill meat. You can make the side dish. The best thing about it is that their are no distractions from getting to know each other. Do you trust him enough to be in your house or you in his? If so, grill..grill..grill!!!
