You should ask Weightwatchers this question. They know what places help out. That is why they make the big bucks. Some restaurants will tell you, even n the menu, which dishes are healthier. Some will tell you the nutritional value, especially "healthy food" restaurants. If you don't want to call the Weight Watchers, call the restaurant. IF they can't help you, consider asking them if you could bring your weight watchers meal with you and have them prepare it for you and serve it the same way as the other people.

Some restaurants website's offer nutritional guides. Or you could google search "Nutrition guide" and the name of the restaurant.

Try their websites. The FDA requires them to list their nutritional information in non-conspicuous places. A website would be very non-conspicuous.
If that doesn't work, e-mail the restaurant.
