Holistic

b/c both Eastern and Western uses it, and because the fundametals behind it make sense to me "treat the whole person while treating the sickness", that is why I think it is BETTER.

Holistic can be aplied to any form of medical treatment.

western, bcoz it knows exactly what receptor to act on, and there is usually an antidote for over use. but every other medicine has no basis what so ever. they are actually bluffing and they r basically placebos.
thay can cause side effects and there is no antidote.
i ve heard that eastern medicines use heavy metals in the treatment which r toixic to the kidneys

If you want to base it on "belief" then good luck to you - you'll need it.

I prefer to make judgments empirically. The term "western" is usually applied to any "normal, or scientific" medicine, if I'm not mistaken. You should stick with the scientific approach.
