what you need to do is quit driving around on a salvage yard and get out on the road.and the first car that passes you will have an H for a symbol is a honda don't blink because it will be out of site.

I think you are talking about kids that buy a regular used Honda and "soup" it up, putting a loud muffler on it and usually doing something to the tail lights, riding around thinking they are so cool, I think the mufflers sound like big long farts. They usually have a loud stereo system in it too, people like that like to draw attention to themselves, I always ignore them and don't look at them, the opposite of what they want.

Its a pity Honda puts in so much effort to make their engines silent, only to have these young goons waste extra money trying to make it loud and disturbing our peace and quiet.
The reason is simple: a formula1 car would turn heads but is too expensive and guzzles too much gas but a pimped out honda civic with exploding muffler gives you the same head turning result and is cheaper + excellent on gas.
It's all about notice me (usually people with some inferiority complex).
A real car enthusiast would not do this.

It all boils down to the "LOOK AT MEE" syndrome. The people who drive loud cars,whether it be the muffler ,or the stereo,were not hugged enough as children.(Or maybe they were hugged WAY too much)

i drive a honda-my muffler isn't loud, there's no spoiler, no decals, no tint, and it goes fast. so bite me

I don't think they are slow, and they don't consume a lot of gas, as other cars do, in my opinion i don't like them but my bro does.
