Have you ever dropped something and then don't want to pick it up. Then for like 5 minutes you just stare at it because you just don't want to pick it up? Is that laziness or what? What have you done that is just really LAZY?

Yep...sometimes I am too lazy to get up to go to the bathroom and pee, so I'll just sit there until my bladder is getting ready to explode because I just don't feel like getting up to go.

Yes i have done that its called hopelessness ,,your just so dang tired of somethings and a droped item can set it off ,,,Myself i don't think its laziness but tiredness that keeps me from doing certain chores ,,,Laziness to me is completely ignoring the things that need done and just doing what makes you feel better like laying on the couch and reading or watching TV unless your to lazy to read and want to turn your mind off and to lazy to change the TV because the remote is to far away then its time for a nap ,,,,

Oh for sure! Yep it is laziness alright! I have been sat on my lazy *** on the sofa and really wanted to get up to have a ciggie coz they are in the kitchen but just could not be bothered. So instead, I shouted my little 6 year old daughter down from her room, asked her to get me the ashtray from in the kitchen, then asked her to get my ciggies out of my bag and a lighter from off the table. She did it without even raising an eyebrow, Gosh, she is such a sweetheart! And she is beautiful too! I am so lucky!

Thank goodness! I thought it was just old age. I sometimes try for baskets in the trash. I will pick up the first miss or two. If I miss three times I leave 'em for later.

I agree that depression could sometimes be a factor. NObody that I know has ever studied this. Maybe you could get a government grant!

For me it is procrastination, I think, "Hey, I will pick that up in an hour" or "I'll get that when I clean the living room" I plan to do it, I just don't. Plus, I drop things on purpose because I think I'll pick them up, and only when someone gets hurt, or a family member is coming over, do I pick all of the craziness up.

That's laziness in the extreme, and I see it every day, all around me. You're only human.

I don't do things like that, and it gets on my nerves when someone else does. I'll admit it, I'm sick in the head.

I spilled my soda on the floor and then screamed at my brother for doing so. Then my mom screamed at him, and told him to pick it up. I know it was wrong, but it was so funny.
