God's infailibility: would hell exist?

By the book of revelations hell was created in by a civil war in heaven, would disorder in the Christian God's Kingdom mean that the Christian God is Failible?
The Torah(foundation of the bible) does not mention a negative after life

Natural Law: Opposites is one of the most misunderstood and misinterpreted of them all...God is not to 'blame' for all of humanity's failings. If we have good, we must experience bad.

As to the afterlife...we are designed by our own spiritual lessons to be the level of light we will occupy by our own efforts.

Hell was created when sin was created, when the devil first sinned.

While God is completely love, mercy, kind, good, etc... he is also just and honest. Therefore he must discipline and punish when necessary. If it is His goal to reward the good, then he must also punish the bad. Also, to be just, He must punish sin and that's why Hell exist. A being of love and light must be completely in opposition, to even the smallest hint of sin and evilness, which God has done, is doing, and will continue to do, even while we live out our eternity in either Heaven or Hell.

I'm pretty Sure God didn't tell the third of the angles to fall. In other words, it's not He that is falliable, but his creation is, and he made it that way on purpose to give us free will: If there were no evil, how could there be good? and How then could we chose to be good if there were no good?
The Torah does mention Sheol, the grave, or death of the soul, essentially, hell.

HELL COMES FROM THE HEBREW WORD ((SHOEL )) IN THE OT AND THE GREEK WORD ((HADES )) IN THE NT BOTH SIMPLY MEAN THE (( GRAVE ))
AND THERE IS AN END TO HELL. AND THE LAKE OF FIRE IS NOT HELL BUT WHAT IS CALLED THE SECOND DEATH IN WHICH YOU THOSE WHO DON'T ACCEPT GOD WILL BE BURNED TO ASHES INTO NONEXISTENCE.

HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED TO CHRIST. HE WAS NOT LEFT IN HELL BECAUSE HE WAS RESURRECTED AND HE DID NOT SEE CORRUPTION OR WHAT WE CALL DECAY BECAUSE HE WAS IN HELL OR (( THE GRAVE )) FOR ONLY 3 DAYS AND 3 NIGHTS.
Ac 2:27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Satan would have you believe that Hell did not exist but it does. And no, it does not mean that God is not infallible. God gave free will to the angels He created as He did to us. Not robots but beings with the ability to choose what they wanted to do and who they would serve. God promised a Hell for those that would follow Satans path, a place that would destroy them, not let them linger in there for all eternity as most tell you. Says they will be burned up, turned to ashes, be no more, death. Not life eternal in Hell but death. So if you want to believe in Satans lie that there is no Hell, you are totally free to do so but at your own peril. God says you die, Satan says you never die. Who are YOU going to believe? God says He prepared a Hell fire for the devil and his followers, Satan says there is no Hell. Who are YOU going to believe? You see, free will, you have a choice to either choose God or Satan just like Satan had a choice to either have some pride or serve God.
