Don't be scared about High School. I used to be very shy. Try joining drama club or a sport you really enjoy. I met my best friend in high school. you just need to work hard to get into a decent college. and try not to spraed rumors and if you hear rumors about yourself, dont get worked up. people just try to get a rise out of you. just find some people who remind you of yourself and if people give you crap just ignore them. you don't need to lower yourself to their selfish standards. remember they are probably just bored. have fun in high school!

I liked high school. I don't think there is anything you should be scared about. Remember, everyone is starting out just like you. Although I had a really good time in high school I don't think that I would say it was the best years of my life. I think, so far, the best years of my life were the first couple of years in college. I really got to know myself there and I met some fantastic people that I am still friends with. You'll be fine in high school. Just remember to be yourself and do your best. The time will fly.

I have to say that, for me, high school sucked! I was much happier in college. High school was just so full of insecurity and shallowness. I guess for some people, that never changes and I realized (hindsight being 20/20 and all) that most teenagers are insecure and everyone else probably felt just as out of place and lost as I did in high school.
But I also think that high school can be what you make of it. Just remember to be true to who you are ... don't put too much pressure on yourself. Life your life for you, not other people.

High School is cool except for the socially inept. Socially, it's sink or swim. Most kids hide their insecurities, the "cool kids" have the best facades. Be true to yourself and you will come out fine. You may enjoy your college years better because people are more sincere and most are done with the b.s.

High school was great but I personally LOVED my college days! So much better than high school! More independance, and more parties!

I will say the best years, in school they teach you self worth, to love your self and you are somebody, theres nothing to limit your possibilities, in the corperate world you must prove your self worth and you have the right to belong. And there are limited places and faces to incourage your dreams.

well it depends some people might think it was the best years or some other people might think it was the worst years of their life.
