They are probalby used to people not getting their name right, so just try your best (I'd go with Wan-kuh) and ask if you got it correct. Then you can apologize if you didn't, and get the correct way of saying it.

If you know the first name just ask if they're home instead. It's a hell of a lot safer unless their first name happens to be "Jgunry".
