Different hair-removal methods have different advantages. The most comfortable way is shaving, but that means you have to do it almost daily during the summer.

Waxing is sometimes messy and expensive but it lasts longer and the finished product is smoother.

A good epilator is a great investment. The best are by Braun, like the Silk-Epil. They keep the hair off as long as waxing and they are a lot less messy. If you use one every two days, you won't even notice hair growing back.

Lasers. It can be pricey, and you'll have to go several times to get all the hair, but it's permanent (cost savings!) and no bumps.

The at-home cremes and waxes are garbage. If they work at all, they are only getting the hair at the skin and not from the root, so the hair grows back very fast.

If you keep with the shaving, there are products like razor relief (salicylic acid) that bring down the ingrowns (the bumps). Downside: bad smell, slight sting.

epilady or laser treatments

there are products to prevent and soothe redness and bumps. they should be right by the razors and depilatories.

Use soap and shave because it works for me and would burn a little bit.
