Andy, do yourself a big favor and stay away from herbalife. I was suckered into that a few years ago. I was on their pills and shakes and other stuff. At the time I had sugar diabetes real bad and was very overweight and desperate. I was on their programs for almost a year and almost died!!! What they failed to tell me that their pills had ingredients in them that would interact badly with my other prescribed medications. I told them what I was taking, and they said "all their pills and shakes were all natural and would not interact with my other medications". They were wrong! Their pills and shakes have some nasty ingredients in them and can cause a great deal of harm to a person's body.

Every body is different. What may work for me may not work for you and vica versa.

If you want to lose weight and feel better. Go to your family doctor and have him or her give you a diet and exercise plan to follow. Doing it the healthy way is much more better than doing it by herbalife or any other gimmicks. Ads and commercials are peppered with gimmicks to trick the overweight people to buy their products by "promising" lasting results.

As a rule, these organizations don't care about your health problems or other problems you may have. All they want is your money.

So please Andy, go see your family physician and get a plan that is right for you and your body.

Good luck to you and I wish you the best in life! I hope I was some what helpful.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Good, yes. But also expensive. I would suggest going it alone on diet and give a high protein/low carb diet a try. Not quite as extreme as Atkins though. You don't count calories or portions, only carbs. It takes some adjustment to your thinking though. The concept being everything you thought was bad for you is good. One example being that skim milk has more carbohydrates than 4% whole milk, so you lose more weight drinking whole. Pretty strange, huh?

Go for kettlebell workouts — an average joe burns 400 calories in 20 minutes.

No, it did not work for me and I got tired of taking so many pills and there drinks are disgusting. I went to see my Dr. and this is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly with very little exercise. I have lost 35 lbs. so far. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions. lovejae247@yahoo.com

When boredom, depression, or perhaps stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to satisfy them such as enjoying a walk, calling a friend, going for a bath, reading a book, or maybe doing some yoga.

Well, sounds like I am the only one that has ever lose weight on Herbalife. The plan works! If you do the program correctly, listen to your coach, and stop eating junk food, you can lose weight on it. I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using it and I have kept it off for over 4 1/2 years now
