It would really depend on the girl. For me personally, I like a guy who knows how to be a gentleman, some one who will open the door for a girl, smile, etc... Also look the girl in the eye and not everywhere else. A girl loves confidence, and you can project that through just a look.

I like it when a guy comes up to me and just starts talking and ask my age and then things just go from there. Its alright to be shy but don't just look at a girl and assume that she's young just because she looks that way. Go up to her and ask her age she may be the age you are looking for.
