My boyfriend says "i cant believe i have a girlfriend that eats mcdonalds" he says "do you know what its doing to you?". I he right should stop eating there all together is it that bad as he says?

only eat there once every 1-2 months. its all you should eat. thats what i do.

I only go to McDonalds for about 2 1/2 weeks out of the year... because I love the shamrock shakes! I didn't like McDonalds food beforehand, but I think a lot of people were turned off by it after seeing Super Size Me...

Occasionally eating at McDonald's will not hurt you. Everything in moderation.
It depends what you are ordering there too....their salads and yogurt have some nutritional value. I wouldn't recommend burgers and fries only a daily basis, but every once in awhile they won't hurt you.
Bottom line...if you enjoy McDonald's (in moderation) it is YOUR decision to eat there, NOT your bf's.

that is your choice to make, not his. if you let him make little decisions for you like that, it will lead into bigger things down the road. yes, i do eat at mcdonalds. no, i am not unhealthy or overweight. fast food is not a problem until people make it a problem. eat there if you want to, he can go elsewhere.

There is nothing wrong with an occasional big mac. It is not a good diet for day in and out. Too much of anything is not good.

I do. I only eat it like once a year. When we go on vacation and have to start. Otherwise not a lot. Only once a year.
