I' trying to set up a home theater projector but all my electronics equipments will be in a different room behind the screen. I know there is a remote control out ther that can send signals through walls.

u need a universal remote that uses RF. MX-850 by universal remote is very good for that but also very expensive, over $300 buck. Go to this link

Use a Leapfrog. It has a receiver that you point your IR remotes at and sends them to an emitter via RF that recreates the IR signal to your equipment.

I easily have Sky + and that i exploit it in 3 rooms. The TVs are all related via widespread coax cable. Into the mixture we upload the sky "magic eye" so I easily have 2 magic eyes and 3 controllers (on for each room) The sign shoots down the aerial cable via the magic eye and adjustments my Sky + container in my living room. pay attention for crappy boosters. a number of those can supply up the controllers working. i myself like the way it quite is waiting up. Works wonderful. xxR
