Is it normal for people in a relationship for 3 mths to argue a lot. what do i do stay or get out?

to give more detail into this. I can say I'm in my 30"s and the arguements stem from little simple things. If i say we are having an arguement, he tells me we are not arguing we are debating. And we have this running bet about who is going to get a washboard stomach first. If i win I get an d all expense paid trip to jamaica and if he wins he gets this 20 oz steak. Anyway. we were joking around about that. And in the midst of the "debate" he says we werent joking about it cause we werent laughing.
And he bagan to define joking to me. All I can say is WTH. I kindly told him I didnt wish to "debate this anymore and I'd call him later" Then I hung up

This is way too difficult a question to answer here. To answer properly, you would have to tell us more details - your ages, what the arguments are about, how long they last etc etc. As a generalisation, I don't think that after such a short period of time together you should be arguing a lot. You should still be enjoying the first flush of romance.

no!! the first few months should be a happy, "honey moon" period, not spent fighting or arguing all the time!!! if you want to stay in the relationship, find a common ground to discuss if you want out, just get out and be honest as to why.

id say just move on and stay friends and see if you get alone better...you should be so happy being with each other after 3 months and not argueing allready so doesent sound good to me..well hope this helps good luck.

i sure did but u know what u have to talk about it and realize the u made mistakes and so did he but idk if u do break it off stay good friends that what we are now its best that way and im sorry i know its hard!
