A real boyfriend to a long lasting relationship takes at least a couple of months to get to know him. You have to know who you are dealing with?
A just for the moment boyfriend with no string attached kind of thing I've know people who say its a matter of minutes.

Usually, I can hook them in a few weeks, 2-3. If I havent gotten them by then, they arent really interested. Usually they are already on the line, waiting for more. =)
All of them lasted a few years though. Im pretty picky about the guys I want to catch!

Jeez. I don't know. I usually don't know I want to date guys within 5 minutes. I've met some normal guys and they turn out to be crazy. I like to give it time before I decide whether or not I want to be in a commited relationship with that person or just date them casually along with whoever else.

Hm, the quickest time, would have to be....
A week, from when we met, to when we kissed.
Then we split up for a year, no contact.
About 2 hours after I saw him again, we were back together.
The longest time, was 5 years.

Five months, since I work with him and wanted to be sure that I wasn't making a mistake.
Generally, I'd rather wait and get to know the guy first. That way, I don't wind up with total jerks.
