Try applying "Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel" under your breasts after you dry off from your shower. It goes on as a gel, but dries to a soft powdery finish, and keeps the area dry.

Since I've started using this stuff, I haven't had any problems with heat rash at all.

Do not wear a bra for somedays until the rash goes away. Also wear a loose fitting cotton shirt. If it also hurts then you can do icing to soothe it.
It will heal with time if you take above precautions

I really dont have this issue (not big enough)...but I would think that keeping the area very dry and putting powder under them (like Gold Bond) would work. Good luck! It sounds painful!

That sounds painful :(
I guess there are some benefits to being..er..less well endowed. lol
I think taking a shower, then using some kind of powder is the standard treatment..that and avoiding tight or chafing/rough clothes

This is sounds like its going to be contact dermatitis. You need to keep the area dry. A good steriodal cream could clear it up quickly, if you could find it. Go with out a bra for a couple of days.......if it itches, try not to scratch it. Don't stress out over it, it happens.......best of luck to you.........
