Could you be friends with a guy if he broke up with you? It's easier to say then do...

That's not always the case. I have two ex-boyfriends I still keep in touch with. We may no longer hang out together, but we exchange occasional emails and offer each other support on different things. They're a link to my past and I'm glad they've chosen to feel the same.
There are others, though, that have felt different. In cases where they cannot be civil after the relationship ends, I simply allow their memory to fade like the stench of a passing dumpster ... slowly, but definitely.

Depends some guys can't take the fact that they couldn't sleep with you or you stopped sleeping with them (the jerks.)
While with me its most likely the whole fact that I was completley in love with whoever I was dating and it hurts too much to even talk to them.
It really depends on the type of guy, but the latter of the two is usually the reasons(though the first happens too).

Hi darling.
physiology of guys and girls are more different in some cases.
guys are usually very sensitive to the loyalty of their GFs or wives.
If their gfs or wives break with them, they usually don't love them
again, because, they think that the same case would happen later
if they keep relation with their ex-gf or ex-wife.
god bless you.

So you betray the guy and you expect him to be your friend?
If you've had a romantic relationship with a man and you dump him, you're lucky if he doesn't hate you. Asking him to be your friend is immature and selfish.
Once you break that bond, it cannot be unbroken.

I think it would depend a lot on the maturity of the man. I'm still friends with some of mine, so I wouldnt know exactly.
