people who think they are special also believe their questions are special. that or they didn't get the answer they were looking for last time and want to see if anyone really cares the second time around.

different people ask different questions. some questions can only be stated in a couple of ways. others can be stated in many different ways. your questions is kind of broad. you should give and example of a question, and ask people to state it differently.
