Some people will believe in anything short of insanity or beyond than to believe in God or creation. They do this because they just can't accept the fact that God exist, so they make up harebrained theorys, such as the theory of evolution, to suit thier athiestic fantasy fiction bubble that they live in, that way they are more comfortable.

Evolution is a Theory one that cannot be proven, even though it is already accepted as "fact".THe only thing that evolves is the Theory of Evolution, which is speculative, always everchanging to try and cover up the gaps and holes that are saturated throughout the entire insane science fiction theory.

These sort of people are closed minded and have set their hearts against God. Many try and blame religion for all of the evils in this world, still Others hate Christians, and will do anything to agitate Christians. Yet some athiest are nice and do not believe in attacking people of the faith. But this doesen't cancel out the athiest that do hate Christians and all that they stand for. All of their anger is either out of fear or ignorance or jealousy.

Why do people believe in evolution? you ask.

The only other alternative is creationism, which leads to God, to them it is totally unacceptable. So they will believe in anything else, anything short of insanity.

Evolution is an acceptable theory because untill 4 months of development fetus in most animals include similair features (gills tails and large head) this suggest that we share a similair ancestor

Bone and fossill evidence (such as the famed "lucy") also proves that overtime organisms have changed through natarual selection

Evolution simply states that things change and have changed over time. How can anyone not agree that is true? I am an atheist and it isn't easy at all to be. I think it is muc h easier to ride with the pack of believers, to be spoon fed your life's philosophy without question, thought or without reading anything.

We can only believe those things that fit in with our understanding of the world. When we observe bacteria and other microorganisms rapidly evolving (changing) and see evidence that it happens on a larger scale, it's only natural to "believe" in what the evidence shows. If you "believe" that evolution contradicts your faith in God, and that's why you're writing the question, then I want you to know that there are very very many God-fearing christians who "believe" in evolution.

Many links, as you call them, have been found. All of them yet, no. But what has been found, in both man and animals, makes evolution the only logical, rational, intelligent possibility. It sure beats the fairie tale story of creation.

I view evolution as an alternative to religion, basically right now its either religion or evolution, because have not yet discovered scientific evidence to support a scientific theory.

The reason is simple all life does evolve. If life only came about as the result of some spooky God snapping his fingers and poof there it is and it can not evolve then we would not see germs and viruses evolve / mutate!

The process of evolution is not a fast one. The reason we can see it in germs and viruses is their life spans are so short we can see 80,000 generation of them in a few months!

It is easier for a person to be faithless. They do not want to be responsible to an ultimate authority, in this case, the Lord. Evolution is easier to believe it soothes the natural mind. They are killing themselves spiritually.

Well let us say you are sitting outside and you see someone walk in the front door of a house and then you see them walk out the back door. Would you say they did not walk though the house since you did not see them walk though? Or that since you did not see them walk though the house, you can't say for sure that they walked at all? ABC EFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ. Oh, there is one missing! I guess I don't believe....
