I was seeing a guy from work, we socialised together and had both come to the conclusion we liked each other more than friends. I had told me on more than one occasion that he and his ex were completely over, that i just had to be patient. However one of the ladies i worked with was his ex-girlfriends mum, and she was sure they were going out. Just the other day this guy and i had a serious talk about us, after a fight. It went FAB! Next day his ex-girlfriend and mum turn up on my DOORSTEP, shouting and telling me that i have to stay away. The mum doing all the talking. Somethings came up in the shouting that i had said to him in confidence. They said he said i maniuplated him. He now cant even look me in the eye!

Ok, obviously this guy is an immature, weak loser. He told you he and his ex-girlfriend were done. You did nothing wrong, you couldn't have known he would turn out to be this way. I would simply walk away from him. Do not even confront him, just remove yourself from the situation. As for the ex-girlfriend, if they truly weren't over, she has a right to be upset. I would ask to speak to her ALONE and explain that he told you they were over and now you two are over. Don't get in an argument. As for the mother, she needs to grow up. That is ridiculous behavior for a woman that age. Just ignore her. Sorry, I've been in a situation like this too. He lied about him and his ex being over and when she found out about me he said I was trying to get him but he wasn't interested. UHHHHH! I think the best thing to do is be the bigger person and act with class and maturity.

Leave him immediately. A guy who tells his old girlfriend and probably his girlfriend's mum what you told him in confidence? You don't need that! Also, he dates a girl that still has her mom fighting her fights for her? And he gave them your address, and doesn't mind they go up to you in your house to tell you what to do? He's not a good man for you or anyone sane for that matter.
You can find way, WAy better kind of men out there.

He's a hoe a** n***a!!! He got b***h tendencies..He was always foolin' wit dat trick!!! its not your fault the problem is now he is stuck he really wants to move on and it sounds like with you but his ex wont let him go so the best thing is to show him how much you really care for him thats the only way to make him realize this
