Dear friend,
The correct answer to your question is never. Mr Bush is the president of the USA, which precludes him from holding other office.
Public prosecutor is an officer of the state and the Judge elected. I do not think he has claimed to be a witness of any case beyond the borders of the USA other than witnessing a speeding offence by one of his aids. I hope that this clarifies your understanding and I look forward, by return, to the said 10 points for a correct answer.
Best wishes.

He hasn't, thats just how the media portrays it. You see we have this amazing thing called a government. people work in this government (ergo: people aren't government) and it does things on behalf of the people of the US. President Bush is the most readily available figure head of our government who has fallen out of favor with the us people so the media makes it look like he does all of these things himself- when actually the whole government is usually involved. vote against your incumbents. (and look up how a bill becomes a law)
<>
actually that's the common address of the president. i don't remember when it was coined. "Mr. President" is respectful.

I am assuming you are talking about a relative of President Bush.
It would be a huge insult to our country if such disrespect as calling our president Mr., we do not call the Queen - Mrs.
He earned his title by being elected by the people & I do not care about that Liberal junk of it was unfair. When you die take it up with the Forefathers of our Nation, the laws were not changed.
His name is President George W. Bush, not mister.
He has never claimed to be all, but as President of United States,
he has a right to give his opinion on any subject but esp. military subjects. he talks & people around the world listen. Except you & your friends.

He is just a proxy person for your power trusts who have a global interests. And the next president will have some different flavour, but in the core he will pursue same ideal all for the financial glory of usa, without any restraint and cost of other nations.

You often forget how much of your life is dependent on oil and you also forget 3500 deaths in an unprovked attack on innocent people minding their own business. The muslim world likes to cry foul play and yet uses women and children as sheilds for their gunmen.
I think it is very easy to sit in a safe, liberal democracy and shout fair play!
