I got one of those 48 hour bugs a couple of days ago...the ones where you can't eat for fear of throwing it all up again....Well, I spent most of yesterday in bed because I have lost a lot of energy...and Now my back is killing me??? What should I do? Is it from laying in bed all day?

Sometime throwing up an stain your back. Just rest, that's all you can do.

It could be a kink from laying in bed all day, then again, it could also be that you are dehydrated. You kidneys are located near your middle back, if the pain worsens or persists for more than the next day after drinking LOTS of water, then you need to call your doctor. Good luck! Probably from laying in bed all day. Take an aspirin, stretch it out.. You will be fine tomorrow.

Simple to do exercises taking maximum 10 minutes, to be done in bed only are at atbsnr.com understand them and get rid of back ache in first trial itself.

Go get checked out at the doctors you might have spinal meningitis. Thats how It was when I got it.
