Probably not. With no real choice over food, why would I want to? Maybe just as a lark, but you can get oysters at restaurants where you can also get steaks and pasta and salmon as well. This would give you and your companions options.

If you are asking because you would like to open a restaurant, please respond to where the restaurant would be located. I think in a resort town by the beach that would be good but in just a regular city or town it would not do well. You need some variety in most places so everyone can have a little choice.

Yes, but only eat the cooked ones. There's a great risk of contracting food poisoning or hepatitis from raw ones. They are great baked with crab and bacon.
