we had seen eachother out in a local bar and got chatting, each time chatting more. When i was leaving he even asked..when are we going to meet up..i said tomorrow and we did along with other people and chatted again and had a laugh, when going he kissed me goodbye on the lips, the next time i saw him out he completley blanked me...also he has never asked for my number, is he just shy or should i give up?

I wouldn't hang around waiting for him but i would try to get an explanation from him as to why he ignored me if and when you see him again also try to ask him where no one can hear the question. There may well be a reasonable excuse to why he ignored you

what a weirdo, eww!! U don't kiss some1 u aint with. He should be W you now, maybe because he's bored since he already got u. I doubt he's shy if he kissed u, derr. Maybe because of the kiss though, he's scared to face you? guys don't phone ever, so why they'd ask is beyond me.

Well maybe he really did like you but he wasnt sure about you yet and was just trying to play you along to see what your reaction would be so i say next time you see him you should ignore him and watch to see his reaction

if you are up to it ask him straight out if he likes you. he probably thinks you are putting him and he is afraid of losing out. some guys are shy, you know.
