At present, there is no such proof. It is probable that the existence of God can neither be proved nor disproved.
Some of the best attempted proofs are known in theology as the "ontological arguments." of which perhaps the most famous is found in St. Anselm's "Proslogion," (which Cheri M refers to, above, and is said to have convinced C.S. Lewis to convert to Christianity), and Kurt Gödel's refinement. These a priori arguments are strong in that they prove that it is inconsistent to both accept their premises and reject their conclusions. However, a reasonable, open-minded person need not accept their premises and so they fail as proofs. Still, theologians who are interested in proving the existence of God need only search for compelling reasons to accept the premises of one of these arguments.
The Argument from Creation fails because "the universe exists, therefore it must have been created" is an assumption that simply cannot be validated. Furthermore, when God is invoked as an explanation for the existence of the universe, it is natural to ask where God came from. That question is simply forbidden by fiat, or it is declared that God exists uncaused. But if God can exist uncaused, why not the universe? You can't have it both ways.
The newest Argument from Design is that the number of constants that would have to be exactly right make it astronomically unlikely that a universe like ours should exist, but so what? The presumption that the universe "had a choice" or that there are not an infinite number of universes (despite the oxymoron) is unsupported. The reason these values are constants is because of our ignorance of physics and cosmology. If and when we find the Theory of Everything, the constants will go away--they will be predicted by the theory.
Of course, it is circular to say the Bible proves the existence of God: "We know the Bible is accurate because it was written/inspired by God. We know that God exists because the Bible says so." I'm a little surprised to see it raised here, otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it.
None of which *disproves* the existence of God. The only argument for that seems be the argument from absurdity, typically accompanied by ad hominem ridiculing of believers.
In the absence of proof, it is still possible to choose to believe in God. It is called faith. In the absence of disproof, atheism is also a faith. Faith is personal, however, and cannot be asserted as an objective fact. The only thing we objectively know is that there is no proof for or against the existence of God. Therefore, agnosticism is the only rational objective position, but one may still have one's personal beliefs. It is not at all inconsistent to say "I am an agnostic theist," for instance.
Believe what makes life better for you. Just don't try to force your beliefs--atheist or theist (what flavor?)--on anyone else. There are no rational arguments, either way, so we must either be tolerant or come to blows. To assume, without a shred of proof, that those who do not believe as you do are wrong or stupid is arrogant and disgusting. Someone who thinks God is too absurd to be true hasn't been keeping up with cosmology, while "you'll go to hell" is the argument of a thug, not a Christian. There is no excuse for incivility on either side.

Philosophers have "proved" there is a Supreme Being (i.e. God) by using the mere definition of a Supreme Being. If One is a being, thus he would "be"; therefore, he would exist. Also, if One is Supreme, he would be above all others (e.g. all-powerful and ever-living.) Add to this the fact that all we know of in the universes is created, then surely there must be a Creator. Aside from these logical arguments, however, is the fact that faith is important in religion. One does not have to prove anything about God's existence, as he is told just to believe as a child believes.

Everything in nature is a balance. The sun and moon have their own, unchanging cycles. many animals and plants depend on each other. Also, many things that are only starting to be scientifically proven, like the big bang, have been said in the Quran over 1400 years ago. It disproves evolution and there is proof. Scientists found an ancient species of Mosquito frozen in sap for millions of years that looks the exact same in every way to a species that is still alive today. for more proof check out harunyahya.com and whyislam.org

Are you speaking of proof as in scientific proof?Do you realize that all scientific proofs are theories created from the minds of men to explain how things work? They are proofs because we bought into what someone else told us happened. So if we choose to depute theories, does it mean e does not equal MC squared?Or maybe gravity does not exist if I don't accept the theory? I choose to believe that God exists. There is no way you can change that just as there is no way I can change the fact you don't believe. It isn't debatable. We will find out who was right at a latter time.I hope you chose well.

There is none. God is imaginary.
And I'll remind the pin-heads out there that the burden of proof is on YOU to prove that your deity exists, NOT the other way around.
For example (since I have to explain the bleedingly obvious to most of you) If I were to tell you that I have a magic Orange Squirrel in my backyard that eats glass and poo's out diamonds, would you believe me? No, of course not, that would be stupidity to the Nth level wouldn't it?
Same thing goes for your magic sky-pixie. You ascribe all of these marvels to it, yet cannot produce one single shred of credible evidence to support the being itself.
Pathetic Is what I call it. Your faith is not only blind, it's deaf and stupid too...

Being alive is proof enough. God is life. All life comes from God. You did not happen by chance. God put you here to love, honor, obey, glorify and enjoy Him.

I don't. I just have faith. That's the whole point. Faith is the ability to believe in something despite the absence of proof.

Just faith. I know how God has changed my heart since I became a Christian. I know what I have been saved from.
Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and CERTAIN of what we do not see."
