You can afford an Escalade, Hi Def flat screen tv, a computer and a motorcycle but you won't (which is the correct way to use the word) pay child support AND you want to sue HER on top of it??? You are a sorry sac of ****. Learn to use proper English and take care of your child. You're the reason this country is the dumbest country ever.

You're not a real playa. You're a wannabe. Even a playa knows what his responsibilities are. Being a playa means dressing nice, partying hard, and having the ladies at your side. It does not mean putting your *** before your child's. That sucks. Any ladies up against your side must not give a rats butt about your character or you are hiding it. Nothing you do in life is going to mean more than the love and the legacy of your children. And wear protection until you grow up. Geez, give it a break.

Seems he could sue her for false charges. He has to pay child support if the Courts have ordered it .. doesn't matter whether or not you agree with the Courts. And she has to allow visitation, and cannot hold the kids away, even if he is in arrears on his child support. She is in contempt of the Courts. Your husband needs to talk to a lawyer. No one else knows that the exact laws are where you live, and no one else can tell you what legal actions to take or how to take them.

do the right thing take care of the baby and no you can not sue but she can sue you for not paying child support and have you working the rest of your life for that child so better off paying or taking her shopping with the baby for things then being locked up in jail ove a hundred dollar or two

YOU HAVE A CHILD. would you want to sell your child instead? you have items that are replaceable. your child is not. step up and be a man and make sure your child is taken care of. that is what child support is all about. If your child was starving and his/her mother couldn't afford to feed them, would you sell your escalade, or tv or pc to see that they could eat? think hard. it's a no brainer.
