I remember the first day I picked up a weight. I went overboard and was incredibly sore for a week. It takes time for your body to become used to weightlifting. Take your time, maintain proper form, be consistent, and eat healthy. Your body will soon adjust. When the weights become easier to lift its time to take it to the next level.

I think if you do 15 reps every day, you are ready to lift more.

Start with just one day and increase the weight but only do 8 reps. Work back up to 15. Then take another day and increase the same way.

Just don't try to increase too fast

don't lift to much. every day 10-20 times. if the weight is wright, after one week your muscles will be hurting as hell, pain is good keep on lifting, if not, put more weigt and do again 10-20 times a day and see...
