that sounds like what was up with me and my g/f before we hooked up. start to show him u like him but not that much tell other friends about it and see where is goes from there

I wouldn't tell him that I liked him in a boyfriend way.You may scare him off from being a best friend. Time will tell if you two are meant to be.

well i hate to say but your kinda stuck there, but you should take a shot, and if he doesn't like you back then hopefully he will not have a problem staying in touch as a friend(i hope it all works out for you)
