Why is it that my one year old VCR will only record one timed program and then none of the others?

I set my VCR to tape 3 programs in a day. It only tapes the first one, then shuts off. It's a year old. I haven't had this problem the whole time.

Check which quality of you recording you have selected.If you select high quality or SP you will only get 2 hours on a tape whereas if you select SLP you can record 6 hours on a tape.
