No. They don't. They have an enzyme in their digestive tract that breaksdown methane into a clean water/oxygen by-product so it comes out as steam. It's both non-toxic and colorless with no odor at all. The Japanese call it "onara mizu" ;)

everybody farts no matter where they are from
the smell and the number of farts all depends on the type of foods they ate and also on the person.
farts have nothing to do with race/ethnicity
