that is the tremendous capture 22 situation with Anchor little ones. The crime become committed by using the father and mom and ethics would say that the youngster should not be penalized by using sending the father and mom away. even if, that is the way the regulation seems at this example. If a ascertain or father and mom dedicate a criminal offense that warrants detention center, the little ones are placed into State holding care and the father and mom bypass to detention center. in this example the father and mom should be deported and the youngster should be placed into holding care or allowed to bypass to the country of the father and mom. If the youngster isn't a minor then the father and mom should be deported and the youngster should be allowed to stay. the most to that is that's a legal situation. The regulation become damaged and there might want to be a remedy. We might want to not be susceptible on crime. some international locations will execute you for being interior the country illegally, we favor to keep in mind that the terrorists that blew up the international commerce were unlawful extraterrestrial beings.

In what way is America "forcing" you to come here???

If you're talking about the tribulations of entering America ILLEGALLY ... I would just ask why you don't do it LEGALLY ... it's far safer.

Many of us *do* want the illegals sent back. This is an immigrant country, or used to be, anyway. In the end result, we all came from somewhere else.

Most, however, came here LEGALLY, and a great many went through the process of becoming citizens. Illegal aliens do not.

Why should this nation extend ANY courtesy or benefit to those who will not even respect the laws of America and enter this great land in accordance with those laws?

It offends me a great deal when illegal aliens are granted the same rights as LEGAL aliens and citizens. That's just flat wrong.

So ... nobody is FORCING you to do a damn thing! (Except get the hell out if you are here illegally.)

First of all you are not being "forced" to leave your country by anyone in America. And you are far from being viewed as any kind of solution, temporary or otherwise , to any of our problems. If anything illegal immigration puts a strain on our welfare and medicaid system and takes jobs from us since so many of you are willing to work for less then minimum wage. If you see a problem with your country that makes you want to leave and seek something better in America... Don't, better for you to stay and fight to make a change in your own government.

Once again...another idiot. Come here legally and you won't be risking your life crossing the border. Nobody forces you. We'd much rather you be here legally. It is your choice. You choose to be a criminal.

Say I break into your house and when you discover me there, you insist that I leave. But I say "I've made all the beds, washed the dishes, did the laundry and swept the floors - the things you don't like to do. I'm hardworking and honest (except for when I broke into your house). Not only must you let me stay, you must add me to your family's insurance plan and provide benefits needed for me and my family. My husband will do your yardwork - he, too, is hardworking and honest (except for that breaking in part). Try to force me out and I will picket your house carrying signs proclaiming my right to be there. It's only fair. After all, your house is nicer than mine and I'm just trying to better mysel. I'm hardworking and honest...um, except for...well, you know."

Enough said...illegals are breaking and entering. That is why they are illegal. It doesn't matter what your intentions are.

Ok we dont force any one to come here! T he Mexican govt does that buy doing NOTHING for their own.So how can you say we force you! WE did not make their govt so corrupt they did that all on their own!Its their fault ,not ours.So your question should be '' why does the Mexican govt do nothing for the people and then expect the U.S to everything for them'' Before you call me racist my father in law was born in Mexico and loves America more than Mexico, cause his adopted country gave him all the the things his birth country would not .

FORCE YOU?? To come to the U.S.? Hmmmmm ... as I said before, I really DO think you are posting this nonsense to get attention.... we don't want you to risk your lives crossing the border illegally, far from it! We want you to stay in your own country!! And IF you come here illegally, you will be asked to leave, like in any other country!! Simple, isn't it?

I am very pro-immigration, but take issue with the idea that anyone is "forcing" Mexicans to risk their lives to come here.

We force them to leave? Like we stand behind them with guns saying 'go illegally across the desert to the United States?'

I don't think so.

If you are saying your government cut a deal on NAFTA with our government and some parts of it hurt certain parts of your economy (as some parts of it hurt certain parts of our economy) then your government is the one who caused your trouble. Change your government.

Otherwise you are just being silly.
