If you are 5'5", 118 lbs, you are perfect. Keep doing your cardio, but not to lose weight. Do it for your heart and your mind. Make it part of your lifestyle, just like eating and sleeping. This type of exercise keeps your heart strong and muscular, and when you rest, your heart rests also.
Concentrate now on eating good foods & fruits, and maybe taking 1 day a week for just stretching and light toning exercises. Remember, 1 day of rest is as good as 1 day of training.
GOOD LUCK

An hour a day is good, but not seven days a week. Variation is what your body needs to stay challenged. When you do an exercise too often your body learns to do that motion as efficient as possible. Try to do a stair climber or swim if possible. By changing up the pace or distance or incline your body will be forced to do a movement which isnt natural anymore. This will in turn activate less efficient muscle groups and burn more calories than your normal cardio workout. Also adding muscle will brun more calories. If you do some minor movements, squats, lunges, your legs will gain muscle and therefore burn more calories. Sometimes women think only of weight when thinking of fitness. When i finally broke this thought in my girlfriend she lost twenty pounds, leveled off, gained four pounds and looks better than ever. You gain muscle and burn the fat. Limit your carbs preworkout as well. Carbs are the most efficient source of calories for your body. Eat about 150 calories 45 minutes prior. You will burn these within the first 20 minutes and then be burning fat after that. The intensity will be higher. Change it up and dont be afraid to gain some muscle. Guys like the muscular girl who works out all the time. Not just the diet queens and the fad princesses. Not that that is all thats important but i think its on all our minds subconsciously. Try to do two workouts a day five days a week. A morning workout will force you to burn calories all day long. A night run will keep the metabolism going.

If you weigh 118...you don't really need to do that much, stick to 5 x a week, that would be plenty. And make sure you're doing weight training as well since muscle burns fat. Don't worry, you won't turn into a bodybuilder. LOL.

Uh.. not truly that seems truly straight forward to me. The table certain motorbike doesn't burn a lot energy.. imagine about it.. you're sitting down -__-! And why purely 20 jumping jacks? that is like not something. attempt 100. And certain they count number as cardio yet 20 is in simple terms ineffective. also it relies upon what you eat.. From this exercising your doing i'd say you're burning about 2 hundred cals.. that is as a lot as a cup of juice -.-.
