Oddly enough, honey is the one edible substance that does not need refridgeration or any other kind of storage to prevent spoilage. Just keep a lid on the jar and put it in your cupboard.

No need; the shelf is fine. NOTE: Do not give children under 2 yrs. of age honey. They can not digest it!! Also, when your honey looks "old" or becomes crystalized, you can "fix" it by putting it in the microwave on a low temp.

No it will be fine out of the fridge unless it's some shop bought one saying to refridgerate. If you don't open honey it can stay un-crystalised for years!

I put everything in the refrigerator. Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter can actually develope cancer causing enzymes when left unrefrigerated.

Not unless it's *really* hot and humid where you live, man. Honey is used in poultices to kill bacteria by many primitive cultures. I wouldn't worry about it.

No, you don't have 2 put it in the fridge after opening it. Just put it in your cabinet & it stays fresh. :)

Its not necessary to put it in the fridge but if you want to i suggest you put it in the microwave for three seconds before using it
