Calories burned are not definite. They depend on your fitness level, efficiency, your weight, your cliamate and your body composition. If you just ate carbs you will brun those first. If you are on a diet you may be burning fat and muscle which is less efficient. One Km is not a good distance. Focus on running time. Run for at least 45 minutes at any pace to burn more calories. Cardiovascular health depends on the sustained stress and activity on your heart and lungs. 1Km will last about 8-10 minutes at a jogging pace and that is not adequate. Always push yourself. Push the distance and when you get comfortable push the pace. Start out slow and focus on time.

It takes 20 minutes of aerobic activity for the body to enter a "fat burning" mode. So I would suggest on not focusing on the distance but instead ensure that you run for at least 20 minutes at a strong pace. Running for much less will help your muscular fitness, but will not help much in terms of losing weight.

Usually when you run (or walk) a mile, you burn 100 calories. So if you run a kilometer, you would probably burn about 63 calories.
Also, it will depend on how fit you are, and how much you weigh. Lots of variables to look at.

most likely nothing one kilometer in 6 minutes will burn about 50 Cal, You need to burn about 3500 calories to loose one pound.
But physical exercise changes metabolism and if u restrict what u eat you will loose more then without exercising on the same diet.
