I recently made a purchase of around $1,600. Where it asked to give half now half when the product was delivered. I did, I gave them $800, yet the product was never delivered. I've gone to the office like 20 times and I've been told countless times that they'll give me my money back. It's been 2 weeks now. I no longer need the item and I want my money back!

Does anyone know how I can get this man to give me my money back?

Get a lawyer and sue the business, itself! Most likely you will soon have your money back, as it would be easier for them to reimburse you than to have to go to court over that sum.. ( which to most of us is a lot of money!) but to a business, a trivial amount. I believe I'd spread the word on the name of the business, and make it known that they aren't reputable... I do wish you luck on making them "do the right thing".. it's folks like this that give good businesses a bad name...
(by the way, work fast, 'cause I predict this guy won't be in business long if he treats all clients in this manner!)

Document everything...registered letters...then Small Claims Court...but make sure you sue the right person.

If its a business...sue the business...not the "guy," and in the business' home city. It's a pain and takes time...that is, if you want to get your money back in a legal manner.

Take the money back and leave their ears burning. Trust me, a law suit over this amount of money is not worth the trouble.

i hope you paid by check because thats your reciept.... you could call them and tell them that you have been there dozens of times with no results... get your paperwork together and claims so you can serve them to go to small claims court... $800 is a lot of money and you shouldnt put up with it....
