Eat green leafy veggies and fish. Anytime of fish prepared anyway. Stay away from starches altogether. Take a multi vitamin everyday and get some calcium tablets. Drink water water water. If you must...ween yourself of the snacks by limiting it to once a day, preferably before bed.

Don't think the word diet. If you really want to stick with a way to loose wait you have to change your eating habits permanently. Make a meal plan for the week and go to the grocery store. If you want a small handful of potato chips then eat a small handful. The more healthy you eat the less you will crave the junk food. Also, stay away from food that has a lot of man made ingredients your body doesn't process them very well. Stick to fresh veggies, fruit and meats. As far as exersize goes, start by taking walks in the evenings, stretch every morning and go from there.

You need to evaluate yourself and how you have gained or lost weight in the past. If you eat too often, than make the meals smaller. IF you eat food that is bad for you, dont surround yourself with this food. Youre spoiling yourself 24/7. You deserve to eat some junk food. But only once in a while. Make small goals. And lose the scale. Eat healthy for an entire day. Its just one day. See how it feels to just do the right thing, to be exactly who you want to be for a whole day. Get a small workout in. Doesnt matter what you do. Can you do it for another day? See how long you can do it. If you get to a week thats great. Your on your way. Remember those diet commercials. I lost blah blah in blank weeks. Well, thats one week down for you. blank more to go. Take it day by day. Instead of stopping at McDonalds or Taco Bell for food, go to the supermarket. By a protein bar and some good drink. Dont focus on instant satisfaction. Those skinny people eat whatever and their always skinny. Its because they arent adding to the fat, they are just burning it. Make your goals small. Here are some basic rules; dont drink beverages with calories. No carbonation either. Eat 5-8 moderate size meals a day, spread out every 3 hours. Dont eat carbs after 4pm. Eat foods low in simple carbs, sugars. Eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal. Aim to get all your carbs from fruits and veggies. Eat whole foods, not food products. Cut out white flour products. Eat whole grains, a healthy digestive system is the key to everything. Wake up early and start walkign outside. It just makes you feel good. The scale isnt the enemy, your own inability to change is. Remember the dinosaurs. Those without the ability to change how they live and survive will only die. Make the changes, get the life you want.

Fun exercise - put on some music and start dancing!
Also, don't deprive yourself of foods you like when you're on a diet. Just eat them in moderation. I like cheeseburgers, but of course can't eat them all the time. I'll have one once or twice a week. You can't have every food you love every day. Spread them out to once every week or two. That'll help you lose weight without feeling deprived. It's worked for me. I've lost 17 lbs since May 1st! :D
Don't eat anything within 3 hours of going to bed either. For some reason, digestion is messed up or something when you sleep, so most of the food that you eat close to bedtime is stored as fat.
When you get hungry during the day, but don't want to eat for fear of gaining weight, drink a small glass of skim or 2% milk - plain. The weight of the milk will help make you feel full, there's lots of proteing and calcium, and it's low in calories.
Good luck with your weight loss!! :D

I do believe ediets.com is free. It's not like weightwatchers where you have to weigh in in front of other people, but it sorta has the same princilple. It lets you track your weight by having you enter your current weight, & then your weight loss goal. Then it also gives you a list of foods to eat so you can pretty much know that you're going to be making heathier food choices. & as for the excerise plan: just try going on a walk 3-4 times a week for 20-25 mins. Good luck! :)

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d
*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with excellent resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter.
A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.
*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Email me if you want a good indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have other questions.

Did you know that if you wait 15 minutes, your cravings will go away?
What sort of sweets do you like??
If you like Chocolate, try out the Sugar-free frozen Fudgecicles!
I learned them on the South Beach diet. That was my favorite one, as I lost a lot of weight (20 lbs) and I constantly got to eat!!
If you like more "tart" sweets, go for fiji apples, or pineapple..substitute FRUIT!
If you need inspiration, put up a picture of Model Giselle Bundchen on your fridge, or Heidi Klum, or Tyra. Look at their gorgeous bodies and remind yourself that eating junk food is not worth it.
Also, try a fun activity. rollerblade with friends, join a softball team, start a dog walking program and earn extra cash..
Just be more creative!
Good luck, hon!

Try to focus your emotion, what you will feel when somebody(he might be someone who is close to your heart..or a teenage crush or a long time person who you valued the most) and that person will strike you blow by blow, saying.." I don't want to date with a pig"..or " I think you don't fit in my car"...How would you feel? how would you react? well...anyway...just stick to your own plan...don't think of the food for one single seconds...think of the clothes you like to wear that your struggling to fit in..think of something that can forget you to focus on the food....It's your life, it's your game...and it's your own style...but if you want to eat more and more..it's your own problem to deal with the weight you have. Anyways............Just be alive and Be YOU..that's the most important of all things.
