The problem is getting all you are looking for in your price range.

A subaru would be a good choice, they are all all-wheel drive, but once you add all the options, you are out of your price range.

A nissan murano would be *almost* perfect but it doesn't get the gas mileage you are looking for.

If you were looking for a smaller car, a nissan versa would be perfect, everything you are looking for, even with the bells and whistles the pricetag is in the mid 20's.

Take a look at www.subaru.com or www.nissanusa.com spec some things out.

You will love a subaru Legacy. I am a Honda Toyota guy myself, so if I were looking at this, I would sacrafice a few mpg for the Toyota highlander or Honda Pilot.

Best of wishes

DEFINITELY GET YOURSELF INTO A LEXUS GS ALL WHEEL DRIVE OR A MERCEDES E320 4 MATIC. YOU COULD CERTAINLY GET A 2005 OR 2006 GS OR A 2004 E-CLASS, BOTH CERTIFIED TO 100K FOR UNDER $40. THEY'RE BOTH ALL WHEEL DRIVE AND HAVE A TON OF EQUIPMENT. THE MERCEDES IS A CAR YOU'LL GET MORE FOR WHEN YOU GO TO GET RID OF IT. THE NEW BODY E-CLASS (03 AND UP) IS STYLISH, BIG, AND GETS GOOD GAS MILEAGE. ALSO, THEY'VE STRAIGHTENED OUT A LOT OF THE BUGS.
IF YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED IN A GERMAN CAR, GET YOURSELF INTO A LEXUS GS ALL WHEEL DRIVE. THE LEXUS WILL DEPRECIATE A LITTLE FASTER BUT THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE CARS.

GOOD LUCK,
THE USED CAR DOCTOR
