Generally a derogatory description of a person.
Calling someone a "Suck A.s.s" means... they Suck.

It's a pretty colorful (and Vulgar) way of describing a person You dont like.

Not sure. I just picked it up somewhere and have been using it describe persons and situations.
Like, "Man, this war sucks a.s.s!!"
or like, "Dude, your mom sucks a.s.s!!"
Even my hubby has picked it up. Hopefully the kids wont.
