Feta cheese is a must
Usually olives (yuck)
Sometimes artichokes and mushroom.
I think it's the feta cheese that makes it greek, from there it's up to you!

Shrimp and Feta Greek Style Pizza

Ingredients

(8 servings)

1 lb Uncooked med. Shrimp
1 Can PB Pizza dough (or hmade
1 tb Olive oil
2 1/2 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 ts Rosemary crushed
1 tb Cornmeal
4 oz Shredded Mozzeralla cheese
2 Minced Garlic cloves
1/4 c Slice green onions
2 1/4 oz Can sliced ripe olives


Instructions

Shell and devein shrimp and set aside. Heat oven to 425 F. Grease 12" pizza pan or 13x9" pan; sprinkle with cornmeal. Place dough in greased pan; starting at center press out with hands. Sprinkle with mozzeralla cheese. Heat olive oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook until shrimp are light pink, about 1 min., stirring frequently. Spoon over mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle feta cheese, green onions, rosemary and olives over shrimp. Bake at 425 F for 18-22 min., or until crust is golden brown.


Greek Isles Pizza
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

1/2 md eggplant*
1 ts salt*
1 pizza crust; (12-inch)
2 tb olive oil; divided
3 plum tomatoes; sliced
1/4 lb kalamata olives; pitted and
-halved,
or
1/2 c pitted ripe olives; halved
2 garlic cloves; minced
1 tb chopped fresh parsley or
1 ts dried parsley flakes
1/2 ts dried oregano
2 c pizza blend shredded cheese;
- (8 ounces)
Garnish: fresh oregano
-sprigs

Instructions

Peel eggplant, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Sprinkle with salt, and press
gently between paper towels; set aside.

Brush pizza crust with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Arrange tomato slices over
crust. Sprinkle with eggplant, olive halves, and next 4 ingredients.
Drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Bake at 400o for 20 minutes. Garnish, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.


Greek Florentine Pizza - Vegetarian Pleasures
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

1 sm pizza crust
1 c frozen spinach; thawed and
-squeezed
-- dry
2 ts minced garlic
1 ts olive oil
1/4 c spaghetti sauce
1 ts italian seasonings
1 tb sesame seeds
1 plum tomato; sliced
2 oz feta cheese; crumbled

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Heat nonstick skillet. Add oil, spinach, and garlic. Saut‚, for 3 to 4
minutes then remove from heat.

Spread pizza sauce on crust. Sprinkle with herbs.

Arrange spinach on crust. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and lay sliced
tomatoes on top.

Crumble cheese on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

On the one that I like..It has chicken, kalamata olives, tomatoes, banana peppers, feta cheese and then it has seasoning over the top. It is wicked delicious!!
