you should figure it did when he got off inside of you, but you're not gonna know for 2 or 3 weeks

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here. It is impossible for you to get pregnant by swallowing semen. As soo as it hits your digestive fluids, it will die. I agree with wild orchid on this one; if your that dumb, you shouldn't be breeding.

You'd have to wait and take a pregnancy test, or wait for the symptoms to show (lack of period, morning sickness, etc.)
