It depends entirely on the angle of the dig...nobody can to exact 90 degrees but you can figure it out yourself. Just go to a globe look at where Cleveland is and imagine a pencil (or other stick) impaling the planet as you change the angle you will see all the places you could end up.
You do realize that it will take some very heavy equipment and that the price could be prohibitive. You would need heat shield like NASA uses and allot more.

if u failed to grab on to something when you reached the other side u would fall back down to cleveland. Round trip it would take about 45 minutes. I learned about it in physix class...how interesting
