It is not for nothing that hair is considered as crown. And the head that wears a crown has to take care that it sits properly on the head. This cannot be ensured without proper upkeep. Hence all the oils and brillantines for decorating the hair.As regards their tendency to be frequently disshelved again their royal association comes to mind. Unless the king takes proper care to ensure that crown remains firmly on the head he may soon find that he has no reason to bother about it as it would no more be there. Provided you use proper hair cosmetiics the disshevelment can be controlleld to some extent but the frequest combing the hair and tie them in different fashions has its own reward. A different coiffure lends a different charm to your personaliy.Even completely cutting down all the hair makes a statement about you.
If just a frequent brush up of your hair can give all these advantages no wonder people entagle themselves into the hair.

Even though it is a lifeless part of us still it adds to our beauty and everybody like to have healthy silky and shiny hair . And it does get messed up but can u not be bothered if u are bald.

I've always thought it was a waste of time. Find a good style, keep your hair healthy and clean, and then forget about it. Why am I in this category anyway? LOL

some people only do it once a day and i barely wet it in the morning and im good to go i guess the care alot about their apperence
