ON Microsoft EXCEL or WORD when ever you copy and paste or write down a COMPLETE URL. it will become a Hyperlink.

Now..the trick into creating a LINK to a PDF file and specifically going to a specific page will be..to create a Link to the PDF file with the SEARCH string.

on the 5th page there should be a keyword or a specific word to look at..
when someone clicks on the link with the keyword on the SEARCH string, it will take them to this page.

for example

copy and paste this into a WORD document.

http://www.politechbot.com/docs/foley.child.exploitation.bill.050902.pdf#search='foley'

this will automatically take them to this PDF file and automatically search for the WORD "FOLEY"

wether this word is on the 1st of last page..it will take you there directly.

Hope this helps
