100 pounds for the first 5 feet.

five pounds per inch extra

so an ideal weight would be 125lbs.

you're skinny female yet no longer undesirable. in case you lose anymore weight then you definately may be. in accordance to a healthful BMI, you pick to keep your weight between 109 and one hundred forty! I persist with the BMI formulation ( some what) yet i do not always imagine it truly is ideal. some each and every individual is clearly skinnier and some are patently higher and purely because you're lower than or over a healthful BMI doesn't inevitably propose you're not from now on healthful. i exploit the BMI as a practise guide line yet i doesn't freak out if i became somewhat over or lower than it! it isn't any longer always precise besides!

This probably isn't going to relate, because if you are using the metric system, you possibly aren't from the U.S., but here goes:

You can tell by looking at yourself if you are obese...if you are carrying your weight well on the frame you have, then you're fine. Nobody can tell you with accuracy what a "standard" desired weight is for your heighth. Case in point: Americans are supposed to consume roughly 2000 calories a day in their diet, but if you try to follow the heighth/weight scale, you'll never achieve it. Have you ever seen someone who fits into the parameters of that scale? They look like 19th century European males...gaunt little railposts.

don't worry about the weight, those things are all wrong anyways. a more accurate way is to measure body fat, this will tell you if you have an unhealthy amount. You can also measure your hip to waist ratio anything above .8 for a woman is unhealthy. the other things really do not take a lot of things into account

The suggested weight is dependent upon your height and age. Some of these charts in sources may help you.
