I want one of those pointed-on-top canopy nets that hangs from the ceiling but I have ceiling fans. Is there any way around this? All ideas welcome.

Try mounting your 'mosquito net' onto the wall using a bracket. This will eliminate a lot of the movement you get from using the drop-down ceiling tether. You'll still get a 'gentle swaying' - but isn't that reminiscent of the tropical breezes - romantic, huh?

Tricky. What I have done for my clients is to have the fabric tied back to the wall with a decorative post. Good Luck.
