We Christians are charged with executing witnessing and giving testimony and living lifes as examples of Christ-like lives. My question is do you think we (Christians) are charged with saving persons? I am of the believe and knowledge that the only things we can do is what I have stated and pray for that person who is not saved. It is the Lord's work to do the rest.

Nonbelievers this does not "let you off the hook" so to speak - You still have the God-given authority to turn away. You can't say God didn't come and get me so whatever. I think I may have irritated some Christian's with that comment...

Christians are not required to save people. In fact, it is impossible to save anyone with human strength. But we are required to share the Gospel and Jesus Christ.

Using Paul from the Bible as and example... we are supposed to study many things. We are to be knowledgeable about what the world teaches so that we can present Jesus Christ in a way that is logical to the world around us.

We are to know what we believe and why we believe it...and then share that with the world around us.

Often, we will witness and discuss things frequently with the same people. We are to develope a relationship with people. I know that I wasn't saved the first time I heard the "Good News"...it took a while. I had to ask questions ...especially about Creation because I was taught about Evolution and I believed everyting the World had taught me.

After we have done that, the rest is up to God. Ultimately, God has to unveil the truth and unstop the ears. I can't do that, but God can.

It is up to Christians to witness, testify, and lead our lives as Christ-like as is humanly possible. When we do that, someone plants, someone waters, and someone harvests. But the bottom line is that it up to each individual to respond to God's call for salvation. No one is "off the hook" because the Bible tells us that even nature itself testifies of God. My job (and your's) is to follow God. Each individual is responsible for his or her own salvation because each individual has the free will to respond to God or reject Him. From the beginning of mankind, it has always been about a personal relationship with God. Adam and Eve walked with God daily in the garden. Abraham believed and trusted God with the very life of his only son. These individuals (and many many others) didn't have the gospel of Christ but they responded to God.

Doctors, nurses and other medical staff. Each individual is in charge of his own soul.

Your questions really contradict each other. You constantly change from christian to atheist. Pick one.
