Britain,America,France,Germany, and many others are known to supply rebel factions in political hot-beds, Dhofar and Borneo, for example were government funded (purple) operations that worked out reasonably well (for the British Government anyway) ,unlike the operation to arm guerrillas in Iraq which worked out differently. It is also rumoured that certain organisations in Northern Ireland were supplied with arms.Indeed some of the weapons seized in the "troubles" were found to be from N.Africa (these included hmgs and rifles from USA government stockpiles!,although claimed to have been "stolen").
The truth about how much is sold to groups who later turn "rogue" will never be known but it is certain that governments have made a lot of money out of those sales.
Another side of the sale of arms is the training in those arms, this is usually done by highly trained special forces (or intelligence) personnel who will stay and train groups in infiltration, medical, sabotage and assassination skills, this can make even a rag-tag bunch into a formidable force

Don't know for certain but more than likely so. But i do know for a cert that they kiss the arses of the terrorists. Especially the home grown ones. Who else would release terrorists and murders from Jail after only having served a few months or years, and also let them become a minister for education in the very Country they have bombed and murdered in. Our good old British Government. Doesn't it make you Proud!!!.

The British is the third or fourth biggest arms selling nation in the world. 99 % of it is controled. Take the Serra Lione model for example. The biggest problem with terroist and weapons comes from the old eastern block countries. Masses of arms, little money and no industry. They don't ask many questions.

NO, they do not. Most terrorists are supplied by the huge supply of ex Warsaw pact or Chinese made weapons. The Ak 47 has been copied over 60 million times. It's easier to find one in the world than toliet paper in most of the 3rd world. No major western nations are supplying any terriorsts. Everbody from Pakistan to Liberia has plenty to chose from already.

Some "renegade" members of the British government and armed forces have provided weapons to the UDA, UVF and LVF in the recent past.
Also government provided Hawk jets that were used by Indonesians in East Timor to massacre civilians.

"sell guns any"? Did you read your question before you asked it?
Anyway, doubt they sell directly to any known terrorist organisations after suffering for years from IRA terrorism and the problems encountered after Iraq and Afghanistan.

Yes. America for starters. And they terrorise enough people around the globe with them. Yanks with guns worry me more than the supposed terrorists.

You make it sound like a bad thing.
They don't sell directly but they do approve export licenses for that sort of thing, so in theory yes they can.
